"steps_md": "1. **Pin the scope.** Chain, addresses, window and the decision the answer feeds. No starting addresses, no trace: ask once.\n2. **Collect facts with tools.** Explorer pages or RPC calls only. Record every transaction hash used; never type an amount from memory.\n3. **Describe the flows.** Who funded it and when, how it holds funds, where money leaves, which contracts it touches. Keep facts and interpretations in separate lists.\n4. **Check the red flags.** Split payments under a limit, money in and straight out, many small senders pooled, fresh accounts emptied at once, mixers, bridges, sanctioned or ransomware-linked addresses.\n5. **Weigh exposure honestly.** Say how many hops each risky link is. Direct counterparties matter; two or three hops away mostly don't.\n6. **Run the independent risk check** where available and treat it as one signal, not a verdict.\n7. **Rate the risk** low / medium / high with the two or three reasons that drive it, and what would change the rating.\n8. **Recommend an action:** pay, don't pay, pay a small test amount first, or ask the counterparty for something specific. No legal conclusions.",
"checks_md": "- Every red flag cites the transactions that show it\n- Labels are verified or marked unlabelled; ownership claims state method and confidence\n- Hop distance stated for every risky link\n- The answer lists what wasn't checked (other chains, offchain data)",
